who won’t do shit, just watch while she’s cleaning
she’ll stab him one day when nobody’s looking

she smudges her lipstick when she looks up in horror
because he's right there behind her staring in the mirror
and he’ll ask her for things she doesn’t want to give him
and she prays to god for some peace

now she's throwing away her aprons and high heels

and having an affair with his secretary
making plans she intends to keep
slipping him a few pills so he'll fall asleep
